Avg Hours/Week: Sunday-Friday evening hours and breakfast duty

Required Program Dates: Faculty/Staff Training: Tuesday June 24, 2025 3:00 - 6:00pm
RA Training: Wednesday June 25, 2025 9:00am - 1:00 pm
Student & Parent Orientation: Saturday, June 28, 2025 8:30am - 4:00pm
Leadership Activity: Sunday, June 29, 2025 Time TBA
Program: Monday, June 30, 2025 – Friday, August 1, 2025

RA's will be selected for June 29 - August 1, 2025 OR July 13, 2025 - August 1, 2025 based on the number of incoming EOF students residing on campus 
   
Job Description: To provide a comfortable, safe, and supportive atmosphere for the students in housing. 
   
Job Requirements: 
  • Enforcing the rules and policies of the Rutgers residence life and the EOF Program
  • Conducting regular room/suite checks.
  • Mediating conflicts between roommates, residents and fellow RAs.
  • Serving as a role model to residents 
  • Acting as a liaison between student residents and administrators.
  • Provide math or English tutoring
  • Must be a Rutgers University Undergraduate or Graduate student. Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better.
  • Must be available to commit to all of the dates and hours of the summer program.
  • Resident Assistant experience preferred.
